We specialise in distributing medicines and hospital products for human use and rare diseases.

MISSION
PHARMACEUTICAL DISTRIBUTION
Control of the distribution chain of medicines, from importation to dispensing, guaranteeing the quality thereof while ensuring the appropriate conditions of conservation, transportation and supply have been implemented and followed. We comply with European regulations and have been awarded the corresponding distribution-warehouse authorisation. We are specialists in managing Medicines in Special Situations, striving at all times to prevent therapeutic gaps due to the shortage of medicines in our country.
LOCAL REPRESENTATIVES
We are local representatives of the laboratories for whom we distribute around Spain. We are the authorised representatives before the official administrations, exercising the functions and assuming the responsibilities derived therefrom.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Medicare Pharma’s competences and resources endeavour to meet the needs of the laboratories with which we work, guaranteeing distribution, complying with the regulatory framework, managing the relationship with administrative authorities, overseeing tenders at national level and ensuring pharmacovigilance, registrations and market access.
MARKET ACCESS
Our specialised staff with extensive industry experience (medical department, MSL and Market Access) are responsible for introducing products onto the market by working with specialists, prescribers and opinion leaders in the different therapeutic areas.
