and holder of Company Tax Number B-87031571, makes certain contents of an informative nature on its activities available on its website www.medicarepharma.es.
These general conditions solely and exclusively govern the use of the Medicare Pharma website by USERS who access it. The USER is shown these terms and conditions when he/she accesses www.medicarepharma.es on each and every webpage and each time a USER enters their data on the forms provided, so that they may read, print, save and accept them via the internet, with the USER being unable to effectively enter their data without said acceptance.

The conditions of access and use of this website are strictly governed by the legislation in force at any given time and by the principle of good faith, and the USER hereby undertakes to use the website correctly. Any activity that violates the legality, rights or interests of third parties are strictly forbidden: right to privacy, data protection, intellectual property, etc. Medicare Pharma hereby expressly prohibits the following:
1.1.1.- Actions on the website or through it that could cause any kind of damage to Medicare Pharma’s systems or to third parties in any way whatsoever.
1.1.2.- Carrying out, without due authorisation, any type of advertising or commercial information directly or covertly, sending bulk emails (“spamming”) or sending an overwhelming quantity of emails with a view to blocking network servers (“mail bombing”).
1.2.- Medicare Pharma may interrupt access to its website at any time if it detects any use contrary to the law, good faith or these general conditions – see clause five.

FOUR.- JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute that may arise with regard to these general terms and conditions shall be resolved by the Courts of Madrid, with the USER expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to him/her.

Should any provision herein be declared null and void, the remaining provisions shall remain in force and shall be interpreted by taking into account the will of the parties and the purpose of these terms and conditions. Medicare Pharma may choose not to exercise any of the rights and powers conferred herein, which shall in no case imply a waiver of such rights and powers unless expressly acknowledged by Medicare Pharma.
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), all personal data provided while using this website shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, which all users must expressly accept in order to use and register on the system.
